Stéphane Rueff
CEO, Partner and Co-Portfolio Manager
Stéphane has over a decade of experience in long-term, global investing across public and private markets, specializing in sectors such as Consumer, Financials, Payments, Internet, and Software, in the US and Europe.​

He serves as Portfolio Manager and Deputy CEO & CIO at Orthos Advisory AG (since 2020), a FINMA-regulated asset manager, and is Managing Partner and Investment Advisor at 1oc AG (since 2012).
​
His professional journey also includes four years of executive management experience in retail through a successful family business succession and exit, as well as three years as a consultant at Bain & Company.
​
Stéphane holds a Master’s (MSc) in Finance & Management from Esade and CEMS, alongside a Bachelor’s (BA) in Business from the University of St. Gallen. He is married with two children.
